The ultimate stress-free wedding experience with exclusive, two and a half days access.

Exclusive Two and a Half Day Access:
- Thursday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Perfect for decorating and vendor deliveries)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Perfect for decorating, vendor deliveries, and rehearsal dinner)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Your main event, reception, and celebration)

Premium Facilities:
Full use of the 8,000 sq. ft. indoor hall, the outdoor cross facility and warming kitchen.

Preparation Barndominium Cabins:
Full access to both the private Bride and Groom barndominium cabins on Friday and Saturday, with an overnight option on Friday night.

Tables & Seating:
Full setup of indoor tables and chairs, plus a separate set of dedicated outdoor ceremony chairs for up to 300 guests.

Sporting Clay:
Access to 5 stands and sporting clays for groom and all groomsmen (limit of 8*) on Friday prior to rehearsal.

Parking Attendant:
Saturday on site parking attendant for 2 hours with side by side assistance for elderly.

Booking & Payment Terms
• Retainer Fee: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to officially lock in your date.
• Payment Schedule: 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months prior to the wedding; the final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
• Damage Deposit: A $500 refundable security hold is required with the final payment. This is returned within 7 business days post-event, provided no damage occurs.
• Event Insurance: A $1,000,000 event liability insurance policy is required to reserve the venue. The policy must list Beulah Land Sporting as an additional insured, and the certificate must be sent to us 30 days before the event. (Typical cost is $150 to $350)
