The Lodge Only Package

Price: $2,500

This package is for wedding receptions, birthdays, family reunions, corporate events, etc.

Questions that will change base quoted price:
**Full day or half day access? (Hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
**Are you looking to have a band setup with power?
**Will it be alcohol involved on the premises? We only allow soft - not hard liquor.
**How many people will be attending? We can setup tables and chairs for up to 300 guests. We move them for safety purposes. You can decorate after.

• Premium Facilities: Full use of the 8,000 sq. ft. indoor hall and warming kitchen.
• Tables & Seating: Full setup of indoor tables and chairs for up to 300 guests.
• No Parking Attendant: No parking attendant provided. You supply parking attendant and transportation for elderly.

Booking & Payment Terms
• Retainer Fee: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to officially lock in your date.
• Payment Schedule: 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months prior to the wedding; the final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
• Damage Deposit: A $500 refundable security hold is required with the final payment. This is returned within 7 business days post-event, provided no damage occurs.
• Event Insurance: A $1,000,000 event liability insurance policy is required to reserve the venue. The policy must list Beulah Land Sporting as an additional insured, and the certificate must be sent to us 30 days before the event. (Typical cost is $150 to $350)
