The Saturday-Only Package

A high-energy, fast-paced single-day celebration option.

• Exclusive Saturday Access:
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (14 total hours for setup, ceremony, reception, and teardown)
- *Friday: ( 4 hours - Only if time slot is available )
• Premium Facilities: Full use of the 8,000 sq. ft. indoor hall, the outdoor cross facility and warming kitchen.
• Preparation Barndominium Cabins: Saturday-only access to both the private Bride and Groom barndominium cabins.
• Tables & Seating: Full setup of indoor tables and chairs, plus a separate set of dedicated outdoor ceremony chairs for up to 300 guests.
• No Parking Attendant: No parking attendant provided. You supply parking attendant and transportation for elderly.

Booking & Payment Terms
• Retainer Fee: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to officially lock in your date.
• Payment Schedule: 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months prior to the wedding; the final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
• Damage Deposit: A $500 refundable security hold is required with the final payment. This is returned within 7 business days post-event, provided no damage occurs.
• Event Insurance: A $1,000,000 event liability insurance policy is required to reserve the venue. The policy must list Beulah Land Sporting as an additional insured, and the certificate must be sent to us 30 days before the event. (Typical cost is $150 to $350)
